The surroundings may be serene but the Ardilaun Leisure Club is anything but quiet this August. I have always enjoyed exercise, but I recently experienced heart failure. I'm well on the mend now but is there any evidence to show that I could still benefit from continuing to exercise, even at age 78? I live alone so I worry about the risks.
